A new Churchill Centre chapter is currently being formed in Cape Town, South Africa.

The new chapter is being established by Phillip Engelen, a cousin of British historian Andrew Roberts. All interested in British history and politics as well as in Winston Churchill will be welcome to join. The founder envisions speakers on a wide range of historical topics and a black-tie dinner each quarter.

Meetings are to be held at the historic Cape Town Club, located at Leinster Hall, Weltevreden Street, Gardens, Cape Town 8001. The Club is an ideal setting for these meetings and currently is celebrating it’s 154th year, since its founding in 1858.
