The Churchill Centre and Churchill Museum at the Cabinet War Rooms, headquartered in Chicago and London but active internationally, works to foster leadership, statesmanship, vision, and boldness among democratic and freedom-loving peoples worldwide, through the thoughts, words, works, and deeds of Winston Spencer Churchill. With an active membership throughout the English-speaking world, the Centre publishes the quarterly journal Finest Hour, the membership news periodical Chartwell Bulletin, and other publications. The Centre sponsors annual international conferences; Churchill tours which have visited Britain, Australia, France, Morocco, and South Africa; and this website.

The Churchill Centre has helped to bring about republication of more than twenty of Churchill's long out-of-print books and launched the successful campaign to complete the Churchill War Papers. It has sponsored academic symposia and the Churchill Lecture Series. The overall aim of Centre projects is to impress Churchill's qualities and achievements firmly on the leaders of the twenty-first century.

In 2007 The Churchill Centre completed a formal affiliation with The Churchill Museum at the Cabinet War Rooms in London to solidify the international stature of the organization and to develop joint educational endeavors.
