Churchill to be Featured in the "Great Lives" Series

Tuesday, March 19, 2013 - 7:00 PM Location: University of Mary Washington, Dodd Auditorium, George Washington Hall, Fredericksburg, Virginia  Churchill in London, 1939Please join us for the Great Lives Series sponsored by the University of Mary Washington and directed by Dr. William Crawley, a distinguished Emeritus professor of History at UMW. On March 19, 2013, Sir Winston Churchill will be featured in a lecture by Jeremy Black, University of Exeter. Series Director Dr. Crawley would like to extend an invitation to attend the lecture to all members of the Churchill Centre. The lecture will be held in Dodd Auditorium, George Washington Hall at 7 p.m. on March 19. The auditorium seats 1500 but the Series is expected to be well attended, so please make reservations early.
