The Churchill Society of Oregon will be holding their 21st Annual Birthday Dinner for Sir Winston Churchill on Thursday, November 21 at the Arlington Club in Portland, Oregon.
Current Mayor of Manzanita, Oregon, Garry R. Bullard, Esq., will present the toast to Sir Winston.
